Careful assistance for an awkward roadside problem

I’ve had my fair share of bad experiences in the past with aggressive tow truck drivers. At one point, I was even outright scammed by a CAA contractor tow company, Classic Towing and Storage. They refused to tow my old Toyota MR-2 Spyder unless I paid $1,400 to get it from Hamilton back to Toronto. Their excuse? They called it a “race car” — even though it’s literally just a beat-up Toyota with 130 horsepower. That’s why encountering someone like Loqman is refreshing. He’s straightforward, respectful, and professional. Based on my experience with him, I’d like to believe that the rest of his company’s drivers share the same work ethic and integrity. Loqman restores not just my trust in towing services, but also a bit of faith in humanity.”
