When you need a vehicle tow in Aurora

“I recently had a brand new vehicle totalled by a driver who ran a red and got charged with careless driving. The ASAP driver was extremely kind, there was a crowd of witnesses helping both of us drivers and i thought he was one of them, asking if i was ok, offering me water, getting me to sit down. It took a while for me to realize he was the tow truck driver. There was no pressure, he told me what to say when i called my insurance company to clear them towing it to their yard. Very unlike the 'usual' tow truck experience at an accident scene. Since then they have been super nice, when i went to get my plates and sign the release form for insurance i was treated kindly and given advice. Ironically my insurance company (CAA) took a week just for the adjuster to contact me, communicated very poorly and left me feeling 'dismissed' and 'like just an inconvenience'. Its nice to see decent honest people running a Tow business. Usually the tow industry and storage yards get a bad rap (for good reason). ASAP is an exception and behaved ethically and honestly. I wish i remembered the nice tow driver's name. Brian at the office on Industrial was super nice as well and so was their dispatch when i called for the office.”

“I was in a super scary accident in Newmarket near the new Costco. My brakes completely failed and I rear ended a Chevy trailblazer. I am so lucky that the man I hit was more worried about me than the damage to his car. Dale was my operator and he was so down to earth and gentle with me in the distraught state I was in. He assured me that everything would be taken care of and made me feel a lot better after finding out CAA does not handle tows if the car is a write off 😑😑 he was also very kind to my mom who came to pick me up. Overall, dealing with Savanna, Bryan and Dale has been a really great experience under terrible circumstances. They treat you like family and make sure you understand everything about the process with your insurance and getting a rental etc. I am so grateful for their teamwork and support during this difficult event in my life. “After the last major snowfall , I unfortunately had to go to a medical center in oakridges for an appointment I could not miss, on the way out someone lost control of their car driving up Yonge street and hit my car, Jeff from ASAP towing happened to be driving by and stopped to help, he stayed with me and assisted me in getting all the information I needed to report the incident and stayed until I was able to leave and drive home , even then he gave me pamphlet and said call if you need any assistance whatsoever, I am so very very impressed by this man , he went above and beyond (and didn't even get a tow out of it) hope it never happens but if I find myself in the position of needing a tow so will detach out to ASAP and request Jeff if possible and I will refer them to anyone! It's not often people go out of their way to help so it's truly truly appreciated!!!”
