His kindness, professionalism, and genuine care meant more to me than he probably realizes. On top of all that, he refused to even charge me. The first driver they sent couldn’t get it so they sent Taylor from classic towing to tow me to my mechanic. Taylor told me he could get it running and let me tell you he was fantastic! He not only got me going (and saved me money not having to go to my mechanic) he also checked under my hood to make sure everything else was ok. He was the one who let me know the battery was not installed correctly as well. He was professional friendly and knowledgeable and I couldn’t thank him enough!
