“Called Chris at Pedersen's Towing during time of need on a weekend perch fishing trip on a Saturday. I got myself ditched in a horrible position in the parking lot and started freaking out. He was friendly and calm on the phone and told me this happens more often than I think which put me at ease. He told me it'll be about 30min, and showed up on site at Thorah's Parking lot in 20min. I thought I was stuck and cost was going to be through the roof, but he said this was an easy tow, which set my mind at ease once again. I was having issues with signal and he said this area is horrible for signal, and he trusted me enough to just send me his e transfer email via text and made sure I was able to drive away safely and told me to send/pay when I'm ready and took off. (Which was insanely courteous of him). His easy-going attitude and positive gesture definitely left me humble. Felt extremely blessed and lucky to have him help on a Saturday afternoon.”

“This is literally coming from the bottom of my heart so bear with me please. I was driving down from Orillia to Peterborough in my crappy ford escape when it started giving me troubles and broke down midway on hwy 12. I was stranded and tried getting it towed through CAA but they made me wait for an hour just to tell me that there’s shortage of drivers. I looked up the contractor and Pedersens showed up, i called them up and Clayton answered. He told me there was no service call issued through CAA and that all his drivers were on route or off duty. He asked me to check with CAA for a bit and offered to tow my car if they didn’t respond. Long story short Clayton is such a humble human being being who helped me in off duty hours and i loved chatting with him on our way back. He showed up for me in my time of need like the good samaritan. I cannot recommend Pedersens enough, if you’re nice to them they’ll be the nicest people to you.”

“Thank you to Pedersen's Towing for stepping up and coming to tow my car when my tire blew on HWY 11 N keeping me stranded for 4.5 hrs sitting in my car praying that someone will shop up. My roadside assistance sucked at getting me help at the beginning but finally a kind person took it upon himself to help me find someone to come. My local company took the call first then canceled last min saying no trucks available. When I called for a private tow, they had a truck within minutes and wanted to charge me 3 times more.
