“Had a problem with my truck not starting after work in Brantford on Jan. 15th , the day we had a snow storm . CAA came and checked my battery . It was fine . Starter was the problem . He sent a message to dispatch to send a truck to take my vehicle to the garage of my choice. It was their busiest day of the year so I expected to have a wait . I was allowed to wait inside the entrance of my work until the truck showed up as there was a wind chill of -23 C however , once I left the building the alarm would set so I waited inside as long as possible. I waited until 5 minutes before the trucks arrival and left the building , unable to go back inside. When I got out to my vehicle , I tried the key and it STARTED . I felt really bad as the tow truck came from a fair distance . The driver from Scarfo and Son showed up . His name was Rishabh. He was very understanding and checked my vehicle over and left it up to me for the decision to drive it to my garage or he would gladly take it for me . I decided to drive it to the garage . It made it to the garage but he said if I had any problems on the way , I could call him . He followed up with me later and made sure I made it ok . He was a pleasure to deal with and if this companies drivers are all like Rishabh , they have an amazing team . I would recommend Scarfo and Son anytime.”
