Need help with a difficult vehicle position in Bradford?

“Yesterday I had my first accident (minor) where I slid down slippery hill and hit a traffic sign. *Tony* pulled up on his way by and talked me through backing up and pulled over into a near by parking lot to make sure I was ok. He assured me the damage was minimal and I was ok to drive, calmed me down and offered to retrieve my bumper and license plate from off the road. He ran the scenario by my husband while I was on the phone with him. Overall, I didn’t need a tow and yet still he was unbelievably kind and helpful and I will cover be grateful he was there. Should I ever need a tow in the future I will definitely be calling him. Thank you Tony.”

“Had to be emergency towed tonight. No one was available in the area for 2+ hours. After calling around one of the other companies sent Johnny from Preferred Roadside to help me. Johnny arrived in around 10 minutes. Which was amazing because the location I was in was not safe. Johnny was incredibly kind, very thoughtful, and even asked if I'd like him to follow me to a safer spot to make sure my car was okay to drive. I agreed and he came with me to a nearby plaza and checked my car out at least what he could. He was very thoughtful and really helped me out when it was needed most. 10/10 service. Give Johnny a raise. He deserves it!”
