Looking for help with a tire problem in Brockville?

“So today on the 401 (not in any danger) near Brockville I had a severe tire blowout. We called CAA and they dispatched a truck from Campbell’s towing it took him a little bit to get there, I’m sure they’re busy this time of year, but he did call us and let us know the status and how long he would be. but once he got there, he worked efficiently and fast to get us off the highway and to our Service centre. He was very polite and he even arranged for another truck to meet us at the service centre to change the tire. Thank you so much for keeping us safe and getting us on the road as fast as possible.”

“I called 3 other tow company’s in Prescott to get a boost on that very cold snap we had at the end of January beginning of February. They were all unavailable and didn’t even answer their phones. Campbell answered right away and they were very cordial on the phone. She told me they would arrive at my residence in approximately 45 minutes. To my surprise the arrived within 20 minutes. The driver was very professional and had my car going in a matter of a few minutes. I’m very happy with Campbells and recommend them to anyone in need of a boost or tow.”

“These guys showed up on Friday in -30 to pull me off an overpass on the 401 that was covered in snow and ice. They were the only ones willing to come out in that weather to pull my 60 ton tractor and trailer off the road. Dispatch was helpful and prompt. They also arranged for a mechanic to do a service call and get me going to make sure I could still drop my load off. For all considering the compensation they asked for was very fair. Thanks again guys and I will always use you in the future if I have issues in that area.”
