Their understanding of race cars and classics goes far beyond that of a average shop. There's a man who works there with a mustache, it naturally curls up at the edges and if you know anything about cars You know that a mustache like that only happens with decades of vast knowledge of mechanical things. “Top Class Service ! Man i stumbled upon these guys cause they were the closest shop for me to change the tires on my 2020 mustang gt . They waited and accommodated my timing with work to make sure i got my car in , once it was in they kept calling me and updating me to let me know what was going on , any concerns they had with it and confirmation to move forward on the job . Not only that but there was a small flaw with my rear brakes where it was binding and my rear brake lever was loose , somehow without me even mentioning that it came back fully fixed and working fine . Truly a great and reputable shop . Family owned and Ethical people with great customer service. To the Family over at Klotzs automotive , you guys have just won a customer for life ! “I am the owner of Autologix in Kitchener, this is in response to the review left by Tina in regards to the timing chain issue on her Subaru. We are Subaru specialists and work closely with the Klotz Team. We had opportunity to assist in the diagnostics of this vehicle. The vehicle presented with timing correlation codes, the repair that was done was carried out as it should have been. the vehicle also presented with a completely melted and obstructed catalytic converter, which over time can cause extreme heat and damage. the vehicle was running smoothly, with no noise once the repair was completed, this is a very unfortunate situation, however as technicians we are not able to see everything else going on with no symptoms. Maintenance is also critical on the owners end. Klotz are a good team, they have done many machining jobs for us on our engine builds.”

“Had a great experience with Mark. He was able to remove a broken and heavily rusted bolt, weld my deeper than intended cut and grind the additional material away. A quick sandblast sealed the deal. Reasonably priced and I was able to get my vehicle up and running without issue.
