It's a family-run business which has excellent integrity, excellent communication, and excellent quality of workmanship. They specialize in Volvo (which is why I initially went), but it's very clear they also have deep expertise with other European vehicles like BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and Porsche. I see locals even bringing their Toyotas, Hondas, Lexus, and Acuras here for work! I never feel upsold/oversold or in any way pressured — just treated with respect and transparency. “I had my safety inspection done here when I moved to Ontario. I was in a bit of a time-crunch b/c my plates were about to expire from my other province. Even though they were full that day- they fit me in. The two mechanics I spoke to were so incredibly friendly and kind. Have you ever read "The way of the peaceful warrior" by Dan Milman? In this novel, there is this gas station attendant who has this "je ne sais quoi" spiritual/wise/kind presence. This entire place has that quality. I'm pretty good at reading people and I would say any negative reviews (hardly any) would likely have been negative anywhere these customers went. Personally, I will definitely go back. Cheers.”
