I really like how they work with the customer’s budget, aren’t pushy, and don’t try to sell you things you don’t need. They send you texts with their diagnostic results (with photos), telling you what absolutely needs to be done now and what needs attention, but can be monitored and addressed at a later time. They’ve given me advice that has saved me hundreds of dollars.<br><br>It’s really hard to find a mechanic you can trust. I know that in some places (ahem my dealership) the reps have quotas for upselling, and every time you go in they pressure you with scare tactics to pay for additional services beyond what you came in for. That never happens at GLS! I feel I can trust GLS. They’ve got another loyal customer. I will happily keep going back to them to service my car, and recommend them to my neighbours.”
