After being involved in a car accident today, I was understandably shaken, and from the very first phone call, the gentleman who answered was incredibly compassionate and reassuring. The service was quick, and they arrived faster than expected. The tow truck driver was absolutely exceptional — friendly, kind, and so patient. He truly went above and beyond, coming all the way to the collision scene, explaining everything clearly, and making sure all of our questions were answered. He was also very open and accommodating about bringing the vehicle to any repair shop of our choice, which made the whole situation feel much less overwhelming. Unfortunately, we didn’t catch his name, but we are so grateful for the care and professionalism shown today. Thank you for turning such a stressful experience into something manageable and for genuinely making our day a little better. Highly recommend!”

“Bob’s towing responded to our broken down motorhome through CAA. Andrew Picked us up in the middle of the night hitched up our motorhome almost 2 hours out or Sudbury and allowed us to have our 4 legged child (dog) ride back to Sudbury with him. He was knowledgeable and friendly. We greatly appreciated his recommendation to a mechanic that was able to fix our issue. Thank you for your great service Andrew.
