Looking for help during a highway breakdown in Etobicoke?

“The dispatcher and Thanusan saved my butt this past weekend. I had arrived home after a two week vacation to find my Elantra dead in the Toronto Pearson value parking lot. With no one around, I called this company and initially was told it would be about an hour until someone could come out to me. The dispatcher then said he'd call be back shortly, and when he did, he had a driver on his way to me. I met Thanusan at the lot gate, maybe 15 minutes later. After realizing you couldn't pay on the spot to get into the lot, it was by reservation a minimum hour in advance, I was feeling pretty panicked. We couldn't get the truck into the lot. It was quite cold, and Thanusan let me sit in the truck while we both tried to contact someone at Toronto Pearson to potentially help us. At no point did Thanusan seem inconvenienced, frustrated, or annoyed, which i appreciated greatly. When a family entered the lot also returning from traveling, I asked him if he would be comfortable using his cables and someone else's vehicle to boost my car if I spoke to them and they were willing. He agreed, and I ran after the family while Thanusan parked his truck outside of the lot. The family of parents and two young kids graciously agreed to help, and Thanusan trekked across the lot to meet us at my car with his cable kit. He diligently worked to get my completely dead battery enough power for the car to start. Long story short, a huge thank you to Thanusan for his patience, flexibility, professionalism, and assistance at a time that had my emotions running high. Also, a big thank you to the family whose van provided the boost!”

They took us to the collision center and asked us where we wanted them to take the car. Price was fair (we paid $90 less than the other guy) Service was excellent, driver was polite.”
