Verified Google review

I like to visit owner-operated auto shops especially if they are auto enthusiasts themselves. They know the technical ins and outs and are quick and accurate with their assessments. ZS is the same case. I was looking for a full pre purchase inspection of a used car. Someone gave me a glowing reference to ZS Automotive. I decided to take the car there and check them out. ZS did an amazing job going through every possible detail right from the engine to the cosmetic defects. They even caught a covered-up repair job that the seller agreed was done off the books about 8 years ago. Moreover, they also did a complete assessment of how much additional funds the car would need to get certified. It helped me back away from a potential mistake. I took a second car post purchase there for a full inspection and the experience was consistent. They pointed out things that would eventually need work but asked to run out the life of the part. They also recommended things such as rust proofing etc. to be done to maintain the car from a long-term perspective. Even more, they checked the manufacturer's recommended maintenance schedule on a pretty old model and suggested what work should be done to ensure it runs smoothly. Overall at no point did I feel that they were pushing to get any work done that wasn't needed. They were honest and upfront about all the details. They are transparent with their pricing. I would definitely recommend ZS Automotive for any kind of auto related requirements.
