“Always available and always prompt. I’ve used these guys a few times now and it’s excellent service every time. We had an emergency situation with a broken down car blocking an important in and out lane in our parking garage. Nobody had the equipment to get it out as the garage clearance is 5’8….called big boy Abrams and they couldn’t do it, called big boy metro towing, no equipment…do you know who DID have the proper equipment to do the job? Yeah, these guys. Driver arrived quicker than we expected and showed his experience with how he efficiently handled the situation with knowledge and skill. I see some complaints about pricing in the reviews but I believe the pricing reflects the convenience and quick service they provide. I would recommend these guys to anyone who needs their services as they are definitely the go to for our hotel and guests/staff. Thanks Express Towing. You saved the day and I appreciate it.”
