“customer service and review date: january 3, 2026 this review is specifically for CAA's "active roadside service" contractor. (ARS) i was in a predicament at home with a dead battery. fortunately it was determined it was just the battery and not the alternator. after getting things sorted out with CAA, i decided to get the mobile battery service deal. all-in it came out to $310 for ARS to diagnose, remove the old battery and replace it with a new battery on the spot at my home. ARS was actually 20 minutes early from the specified arrival window time, which was great. i was then greeted and taken care of by mr. kumar. he was very warm and welcoming. he made me relax and took care of everything efficiently and with care and concern. he was very thorough, detail oriented with procedures and patient with answering my questions. am wishing him all the best with the company and in his personal affairs. he is very hard working and strives to ensure the customers are treated fair. ⭐ kumar was an excellent representative of CAA, ARS and of himself. he made sure things were fixed right and stayed a few extra minutes to make sure the car was running steady. bottom line: i would 100% recommend CAA and ARS mobile battery service to anyone who is thinking about it. the service is not cheap but very fair. you get a lot of value and convenience in that they will come to you. they remove and replace on the spot and the battery comes with a 3-year guarantee. if it breaks down or dies they will re-charge/replace at no cost to your pockets. after the 1st 3 years its another 3-year pro-rated warranty. 👍”

“Barjinder S from Professional Towing Services just left with our car in tow after CAA dispatched them to my house. When I say he was AMAZING, I cannot overstate just how great he was. I have had tow truck technicians refuse a job from me in the past when our vehicle was in a tough spot. Our car was wedged right along the curbside and there was a car parked in front of us. The curb was curved, and when he used the winch on the back of our car, it kept angling in a way that it would not line up with the truck bed. Well, where other people might have given up, Barjinder came to life! He engineered the heck out of the situation, and long story short, he got the car loaded and we gave him a standing ovation.
