“I thought I was dealing with a rounded spark plug and I called this shop with cash in hand ready to hand over whatever they would charge to extract the plug. After sending some photos and videos over they asserted that the plug was not rounded but in fact a small coolant leak was dripping into the cylinder and causing a build up of particulates around the hex of the plug, preventing me from being able to get a socket on it. Per their suggestion, I scraped away all the build up and was able to get the spark plug out!! I was so ready to pay for their services and they stopped me and gave me free advice that fixed the problem. Surely that is the definition of integrity and honesty.”
