“Trustworthy, helpful, informative, not pushy, quality repairs, quality parts, good price points. This could be the poster picture for your friendly neighbourhood auto repair shop. They have been here for quite a while and seem to be constantly busy. The building is newer, clean, nice to look at. The waiting area is nice. I've had repairs done in the past and been pleased with the options I was provided before the work began (i.e., mid grade vs. high grade brakes, lower cost vs. higher cost, pros and cons for each) there were no surprises and my vehicle was ready on time. Last time I went in to have a spare tire inflated, the owner and mechanic gladly helped without a wait and without a bill. Not every garage is there to help like that. These are genuine, good people who want to do right by you.”

“Just came back from my second time using Westown Auto Service in less than 6 months due to tire switch and other issues needing to get addressed. I have never felt confident in a shop like I do with them, after parting ways with my ex who was a mechanic. Especially as a woman. And in Covid world as we’ve come to know it. I always felt like shops took me for a ride. Not with them. The first time I was there they took photos of what was needing to get addressed rather than just telling me which I really appreciated. Really like the ability of dropping my car off the night before using their key drop off box and walking home. Love supporting a local business in the area! Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new shop 🙂”

“I have been going to Westown Auto for over 20 years. Ever since the first time on a Saturday when they were closed and I had a flat tire which they fixed for me, gratis. I was going from Toronto to Brantford, to pick up my son, on the way back, I had the issue. Since then, they have always been fair and treated me, like one of the family. Gus was an amazing man, Vince and Peter have kept their father's business and have continued in his honest and friendly tradition. I only have to tell them what is wrong and they can diagnose the problem by my description. Excellent shop, would highly recommend them to anyone”

I left my vehicle figuring it would be fixed Monday. It was a fairly big job...They called the next day, Friday. My car was repaired and their driver would pick me up!! I was so pleased.
