“They were honestly awesome and informative people, they got me in same day and were very respectful.. Every question I asked was answered professionally and honestly. I asked about extra services and they were upfront and told me some I didn't need. I was in and out in about 40 minutes and that was when they had to get a part as well. Very family oriented, easy and nice to talk with. Explained whatever I was unsure of. I will definitely go back to them for other services and our other vehicles ! Two thumbs up for this place. Prices were average with others and I did check around first. What sealed the deal is I asked about getting other things done while there and he asked few questions about KM and year and type of car and then informed me I didn't need them where as other places would gouged you and add things you didn't need to make a quick buck!”

“My vehicle has a led tail light that is sealed. To replace it the whole tail light assembly would have to be replaced as one of the lights stopped working and the cost for a replacement light was $150.00. I was told to take my vehicle there and they would check it out for me. I was there when they opened and got taken in right away. To my surprise they checked it out and found that it was only a fuse that had shorted out. I was able to leave about 15 minutes later with a working tail light and it did not cost me anything. They were very courteous and efficient at what they do. I would highly recommend them to others.”

“I met Carol & Steve the 1st time for a brake job on my 2021 jetta highline & I must say that this place feels like a blessing of honesty the way they took care of the situation by changing the parts that were really necessary, this place deserves an award for the most honest business in the area. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is nearby please get your cars serviced by them & rest assured that they will always treat you like family rather than treat u like a customer. “They are honest,and upfront. They told me what was wrong with my car, called, let me know the total, (very reasonable price) and once I gave the go ahead, they had it fixed for me! With my hours of employment, I dropped my car off the night before, but by the end of the following day, I had my vehicle back. *I'm sure depending on what is wrong with the vehicle, that may not be the same for everyone. I'm just saying how it was for me, with the issue I had*”

“I took my truck to Steve for some routine maintenance this week. All the work was done quickly, and I have no doubt it was done right. Carol from reception kept me up to date on the work and arranged for an easy pickup. Everything cost less than I was expecting too, so no shock when I got the bill. Highly recommended. I will be taking all my vehicles to Tri-Tech for any future repairs.”

I called this morning stating my battery died, they referred me to a tow truck company who came within the hour and my car was worked on and completed same day. Carol is great and so empathetic, she knew I would struggle without a vehicle to drive to daycares and the office and she got it done for me same day. Thank you!”
