Looking for help during winter vehicle trouble in Innisfil?

“My truck just decided to die overnight so called CAA to come out as I thought it was just a boost. First truck they sent the guy was incompetent, so then CAA sent Owen from South Simcoe Towing, from the moment he arrived we felt a lot better, due to the fact my truck was lifted he informed me that we actually needed a flat bed to do it safely which is what the first CAA driver had. CAA then sent another flat bed driver and once again that driver had no idea what he was doing and literally drove away and left me there. Feeling helpless, I called Owen back to get advice. He offered to stay on his his shift longer and wait for a flatbed from his shop and came late at night to ensure this nightmare was over for us. I cannot say enough great things about Owen and South Simcoe towing, he did not need to support me the way he did, but he knew the jam I was in and wanted to help. Thank you so much Owen for being a stand up guy and a very talented tow truck driver!! I will recommend South Simcoe Towing to anyone and everyone!!! I will be making sure CAA knows as well. Hard to find good people like Owen in the world these days, but I am thankful we did!!”

“On the morning of November 8th, I realised I locked my keys, and phone in my car in Bradford. I cabbed home to have a neighbor bring me back to my car, while trying to call a tow on the way (I was worried to be late for work). We couldn't get a hold of any tow's! I had spotted a truck in a Starbucks parking lot, and we rushed over. I saw a young man in the Starbucks asking if its was his truck and if he could help me. He willingly came and unlocked my car for me!! I was so emotional over the whole experience and had my card ready to pay him... he said Merry Christmas, and wished me a good rest of my day!!! Omg I was beside myself. What a kind person!! I am so sad I didn't even get his name because my mind was so all over the place!! He deserves much recognition!!! Thank you for showing great service and restoring my faith in humanity ❤️”

“If I could give more than 5 Stars I would. I called South Simcoe towing on Wednesday for a last minute tow to the Boots and Hearts Festival. I needed a 5th wheel trailer brought to and from the festival. The gentleman that took my call was very kind and helpful. Gave me a more than fair price and was an absolute pleasure to work with. On the Thursday the driver that came to do the actual tow was as equally helpful and friendly to deal with. So professional and skilled at his trade. Today when they picked up and dropped off the trailer, the driver parked it even better than how it was parked originally.
