“Ken of Ken Kelly's Towing in Kingston rescued two damsels in distress (one of us anyway...me!) after my car broke down in a very inconvenient spot, Amherst Island in the late afternoon of Friday, 16 August 2024. My auto club was very good in arranging for a tow truck and lucked in with Ken Kelly's Towing. I have no complaints about how long we had to wait since arranging for this kind of thing takes time to organize and he had to take the ferry across from the mainland. It may sound odd to say, but it was kind of fun to ride in a massive tow truck knowing that we weren't totally abandoned. My weekend getaway was essentially done but this adventure partially made up for it. Ken's a naturally friendly guy and his conversation eased my stress all the way to Napanee where the car was dropped off.”

“Ken came on short notice and charged a very reasonable rate for the tow. He was at my house early in the morning as promised and had my car at the dealership despite his own personal circumstances. He needed to tend to a friend being discharged from the hospital but he made sure he got my car delivered before he went. He was more than willing to help me during my time of need.
