“I rarely review products or services online, but this time I feel it's important I do, as it may help other people that may find themselves in a similar situation. I have had this problem with my Subaru Outback for a long time, about 4-5 months after I bought it. A hesitation, usually on take off, not brutal but not pleasant. Went to several shops a few years back, nobody could figure it out. Local dealer took it for a spin and said it runs fine. Somehow it acted up less for several years, but this year(2025) it became unbearable, it would shake quite badly at times and became kind of dangerous to drive. Most mechanics I have talked to wouldn't even look at it, based on symptoms description. One shop took it in, replaced the ECU and made the problem way worse. Luckily Automotive Edge had agreed to look into it and Matt had pledged right at the beginning that no car leaves their shop unfixed. Well, they kept their word and got it fixed and kept the bill reasonable. I really appreciate Matt's efforts and I'm happy I've found the shop I could rely on!
