“Customer service here is top notch. The service advisors are so pleasant, and what I appreciate is their honesty up front. I had a slow tire leak, and had used some patch seal as a stop gap. Kevin noticed some on tire wall, and upfront told me it could impact their ability to repair. He explained why but said we will let you know. I appreciated the heads up, so not hit with a suprise. In the end, it was fixable and pick up of the tire quick and easy! Thanks!!”

“Great experience with Byma's after having taken my Civic in for a noisy heat shield/skid plate underneath. They inspected the area, took care of the issue and I was in and out fairly quickly (while still being able to use their table and Wifi to get some work emails done). Great shop - Nic was there to listen to the noise and fix it and Charita at the front desk was very helpful in making sure I was happy before leaving. Definitely will return back here.”
