Car Repair

Car repair addresses a specific mechanical, electrical, safety, or drivability concern after the cause has been assessed. The appropriate repair depends on evidence from inspection and testing, not the symptom alone.

Brake repair begins with an inspection of the parts that create, transfer, and control braking force. The findings determine whether adjustment, maintenance, or component repair is appropriate.

What Our Customers Say

When we moved to Kitchener, I started taking my vehicle to Christine's on the recommendation of my son who's been going there for several years already. I've dealt with numerous garages in the course of my life and have never been as confident in or impressed with one as this one! First of all, Christine is personable. She's interested in you as a customer, and takes the trouble to explain things: what's wrong, what needs to be done, what can wait, etc. She'll even take you into the garage and show you. Unlike many mechanics and even garage managers, Christine is clearly a people person. She's pleasant, outgoing, and knows how to communicate clearly and thoroughly. Secondly, she's passionate and knowledgeable about her work. Let's face it, if someone is a people person but doesn't understand what they're doing, that's not helpful. Christine is both a people person and a knowledgeable mechanic. And finally, she has reasonable prices and neither my son nor I have ever felt like we were being shafted for something. Garages in general have a reputation for being dishonest, for overcharging or for recommending unnecessary parts or work. Christine's Automotive is a shining and welcome exception! I actually hate to recommend Christine's to too many people for fear that she'll get so busy with new customers that I'll have trouble getting an appointment for my vehicle within a reasonable time frame! But that wouldn't be fair to her. So I'll say it: For good, reliable, honest service with great communication and a smile, see Christine's :)
