“I highly recommend this shop. We have been taking our vehicles to Dale for over 4 years now on the recommendation of a friend. I used to work across the street so it was super convenient but I still go out of my way to take my car here. I really can't say enough about how satisfied we are with the service. Dale is extremely helpful, always friendly and we definitely trust him. Whenever we bring a vehicle in to be checked out he always calls to discuss what he finds and the potential costs and does not proceed with any work unless you agree to it. He will work with you at prioritizing repairs if you need to stick to a budget. He usually gets the vehicle back to you the same day unless he has to wait on parts. His prices are always more than reasonable. He has helped us as well doing an inspection when shopping for a used vehicle. I usually only interact with Dale but the other staff seem just as friendly and helpful when I do speak with them. My favorite thing about the shop is the super friendly dogs that are usually there. :)”

“Dale was wonderful! I called him at 7am because I was i was worried about the burning/ticking sound and smell of burning rubber in my car, and he told me to bring it in right away. He told me to drop my car off, and he would take a look at it. His team ran a bunch of tests on my car to determine the problem and found nothing. However, he was able to tell me what his guess was, which ended up being ice on my serpentine belt. I appreciate his honesty and he was so pleasant. Plus, he didn’t charge me for the diagnostic testing and told me all was good. PLUS theres two golden retrievers named Molly and Jake who were just the sweetest! Given their kindness… and the pups lol, definitely 5/5 and will be back:) Thank you all for your help!”

“Absolutely impeccable customer service! It's not everyday you meet a mechanic with excellent people skills. Dale gave me an honest and thorough breakdown of the costs associated with the service he provided. I see why so many others have been so happy with his work. Pricing was fair and accurate. Work was done to a T and in a very timely fashion. Had the job quoted by three other shops, (Independant/dealership ) and he beat them all! He showed us the problem areas, and talked us through everything and told us what our steps should be going forward.
