When you need a vehicle tow in Lion's Head

“RT&R provides a welcomed and much-needed recovery service to the Bruce Peninsula. And I am VERY impressed by their service (i.e., willingness to follow-through AND keeping tabs on our situation). They sent 2 different trucks to our site to attempt a recovery of our Toyota Tacoma that had sunk into the ice at the end of our driveway. Both drivers, Neil and Jason were PROFESSIONAL & honest with us. They couldn’t risk getting their 2WD trucks up our driveway. While this was happening, RT&R had mobilized a SIGNIFICANTLY LARGER recovery vehicle to widen our snow-blown driveway and drag out our icy-muck-stuck-truck. OUTCOME: we had a neighbour with a big Kubota tractor widen our driveway path, grind away the icy-slippery buildup, clear both our upper/lower parking lots, and drag our truck out. INTEGRITY: I was willing to pay RT&R a mobilization fee for their CHONKY recovery-loader… they graciously waived that fee. I’ve had such fair dealing with the Rydall family before! They pushed in our original driveway, installed our farm gate, and roughed in our homestead build-site. Whenever we drive by their yard just north of the Lion’s Head Legion, I smile and nod at their signage. Rydall’s Recovery & Towing won’t leave you stranded and will take on borderline heroic measures to pull out tricky-stuck vehicles.”
