When you need help with a difficult vehicle position in London

“i am not from canada and unfortunately my car had broken down on the expressway in the middle of unfortunate weather. I was unsure of my exact location and extremely overwhelmed. I am unfamiliar with the area so i wasn’t even sure where to start or what to do, I was scared. I called annex towing and rick the owner was so unbelievably generous and kind. He really rescued me in this situation. He came and was so sweet and towed my car to a nearby mechanic to be looked at in the morning, and then took me to a hotel across the street and even walked me in to make sure i would be able to get a room and i wouldn’t just be left there. Genuinely one of the kindest experiences ever I am so beyond grateful for Rick and this company. This really meant a lot to me and Rick is great at his job and a wonderful person! I would 100% recommend Annex Towing. Thank you again Rick for extending your kindness and helping me to get into a safe location! Cannot recommend enough”

“Oh where do I begin??? Rick the owner was our road angel and came to rescue us with an emergency situation. I had recently had tire work done and apparently Sams Club didn’t do something right with the lug nuts and while I was traveling in Canada- my entire wheel came off my Suburban with six ladies in it. Rick transported us to a car rental company and took us to a tire store who couldn’t fit us in. Rick is also an owner of an auto repair shop with his son. They took over the repair job, so we could pick up the car on our way back to the States in two days. He was awesome and great to work with!”

“Wonderful service, my wife's car had broken down due to a snapped parking break. Came quickly and was able to get the car driveable as a service call rather than charging us for a full tow. This let us get the car into the shop for repairs. 2 weeks later the car got a flat tire and the one bolt was stuck due to moisture expansion, again rather than coming to perform a service call he gave some good advice over the phone and i was able to repair the car myself. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of help!”
