“Had a glitch with my tire inflator which caused 2 flat tires. My Toyota road side sent Ross towing to tow the car to the dealership. Brad came within the time window. After I explained what had happened, he suggested to just inflate the tires instead of a tow saving me some headache at the dealership which worked out great. He then explained a lot about the safety of the vehicle and gave me some great tips. Also I asked him if he could recommend a tire inflator since the one I had caused the issue in -28C weather. Brad did some great research on this and gave me some recommendations which I am getting pretty soon. And he did that on his own time....really appreciate it Brad. I will contact Ross towing going forward and will recommend to everyone. Great service, wish every one else was like you.”
