Need help with a tire problem in Mississauga?

“Best experience I’ve ever had with a mechanic. Mohammed from ASAP Roadside came out to fix my ignition coil and spark plugs after my car started misfiring due to a four-cylinder failure. We installed new coils and spark plugs, but the car was still misfiring. Instead of brushing it off, Mohammed stayed and spent hours troubleshooting with me to figure out what was really going on. We eventually discovered that the brand-new spark plugs from the supplier were actually faulty. Mohammed handled the situation with complete professionalism and integrity. He refunded me, went out to get new spark plugs himself, and even came back the next day — free of charge — to finish the job properly. Throughout the whole process, he was kind, patient, and kept apologizing even though the issue wasn’t his fault. He genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right and that I was taken care of. I’ve honestly never experienced this level of honesty and service from a mechanic before. Mohammed is one of the most trustworthy mechanics I’ve ever met. I highly recommend ASAP Roadside. Five out of five, no question.”

My friend had a flat tire, so I called to ask them them if they could help and how much it would cost. Moe explained they were not sure if they could help out, but they would send out one of their team to have a look and quoted what the cost would be if everything worked out. They sent a guy named Isaac go check on it. He got there, assessed the situation and said it was unsafe to change the tire based on where the car was sitting. They spent time to come check it out, but didn't expect to be paid anything. I offered to give them something for their time. They thanked me for offering, but declined to take anything from us, even though one of their team clearly spent some time to be of assistance. To me, that indicates a company run by people of integrity, who genuinely care to help others, rather than just trying to make a quick buck. So here's another well-deserved 5-star review to add to all the others!”
