Looking for help with a tire problem in Mississauga?

“Did a stupid thing of trying to take my car with a flat to the tire change. Within minutes I was stranded with the tire in a bad shape. Called Abrams for some tow help and was on wait for over 10 minutes. That's when I called Hejaz. They were very helpful. Given the short distance I had to travel, they suggested against using a two truck as it would have been expensive. They suggested sending a tire change service. Within 10 minutes they had someone out to where I was stranded. Paul was very helpful and within minutes helped swap out our flat tire with the spare to get me going to the tire store. Prompt and courteous service. Next time I am stranded on the roads, I know who to call. Their number is now in my address book”

CAA stood me up for hours and when they finally showed up, the driver gave an excuse and complained of not being able to drive a 10 wheeler tow truck over the “icy” road that other 2WD sedans were driving on smoothly. Ended up calling a few 24/7 tow companies between 4:30am - 5am the next day and only Hejas responded and dealt with me nicely. Promptly, they showed (even though I was not there in person) and took care of the job like a piece of cake. Updated me with progress and pictures and kind to not charge for additional work of jacking it up from where it was stuck. Great experience with them!”

My car wouldn’t open, and I was genuinely worried because I live two cities away and didn’t know how I would get home. Despite it being Christmas Eve and the shop being closed, Saud still went out of his way to open up his mechanic shop and help me. He charged a fair price and treated me with honesty and care.
