Looking for help with a tire problem in Napanee?

“On January 29th, situation that had me stranded on the 401 east just 5 km's from the onramp of highway 37. Called almost every tow truck company near and around Belleville. No-one except one company ( PBX Towing ) was available which I found odd as it was a clear day, just cold. They arrived and had no idea on how to tow my car as it was the back tire and frozen brakes was the issue. Tire blew it is a diesel car so no spare due to DEF tank. Ok onto another company I call A & A towing and the sound of the voice on the other end of the phone was just calming as my anxiety was quite high. He assured me that the job can be done, to leave the car hide the key and he will see me at my home in Erinsville. Well that is exactly what happened, I went home and my car arrived later. If a tow truck driver knows how to problem solve it makes for towing much easier. He put my front tire on the back and put the other on the front. He was even going to put my one summer tire on the front so that I would have a vehicle. Such kindness however was not necessary to do. Unfortunately I forgot his name however his professionalism was 100% amazing. He never once thought about the cold and being on the 401 at rush hour, he just did what he knew needed to be done. If you are stranded I recommend this company. Sorry for long post however I wanted others to know what kind of companies are out there and if they really are certified tow truck drivers. “On Jan 29, 2026 at 11:35pm, I contacted Jason at A&A towing. I was leaving a friends house in Hay Bay, and due to the amount of snow in the driveway, my truck slipped sideways into a ditch. My 4WD did nothing. Jason arrived in about 35 minutes. Accesed the situation and pulled me out in no time. He was friendly, polite, and professional. I wouldn't hesitate calling A&A again.”
