Words can't express how grateful we are to find such a great, hard working business that's full of professionalism, integrity, and honesty! In Apr/2025, we upgraded our coating from the 2 yr ceramic coating to the 5 yr #gyeoninfinite coating. We were hesitant at first but all we can say is ***Do not walk, run and get this done***!!! The #gyeoninfinite coating is worth every cent and the internal detailing cleaning is the best!!! The picture attached is our 9 yr old SUV (at the time). When people ask us "how did you get your car so shiny at that age", I tell them at Specialized Auto Image and explain the 5 yr coating. We refuse to go anywhere else and we tell people that if we are asked. This 5 yr coating is the best in Canada and it's being applied by the best detailed "Specialized" business around! “This is my regular go to every fall to get the car detailed and properly cleaned before the weather turns. Are they expensive, yes. Are they worth it, every penny. Four to five hours of dedicated labour to remove any and all sand, dirt, branches, hair and everything you can throw at your interior; an exterior wash and heavy wax that took years off the look of the car and reduces the retention of road sand and salt for most of the winter. I have been to others and none have matched the detail of their work. Never a complaint in over four years. 2024 - Update. Got a new car (new to me) and I am still committed to these guys. Easy to make appointments and they dedicate themselves to taking care of your vehicle.”

“Excellent service, communication and product! I wanted to have my windows tinted, it's a 2010 Mazda hatchback, so nothing fancy. After finding the company on Facebook and striking up a conversation about pricing and availability, I felt comfortable bringing my vehicle to them to at least try it out. Dropped it off on a Saturday morning for the tint, a few hours later car was ready, returned to pick it up and found Lenny washing my exterior, scrubbing my rims. The extra care and customer service goes a long way! I have yet to have any of my vehicles detailed, but you better believe this will be the first place I go. “I dropped off my 2019 Ford Edge for interior detailing. The Pros: 1. The car was spotless when I picked it up; in fact it was cleaner than when I originally bought it from the dealer. 2. It was completed on time. 3. Very professional and friendly service. 4. I booked it as a "large SUV" and they explained they only charged me for the midsize as it was not considered a large vehicle. Honesty will keep me coming back. The Cons: Nothing. You will not regret trusting your vehicle with this company. I used to perform auto detailing myself 20 years ago so I am particular with the cleaning. I have full confidence recommending this company.”

“Very simple process overall - booked an appointment online for 09:30-12:30, dropped my vehicle off the day of the appointment, car was ready right on time, paid once all was said and done. Between the ease of setting up an appointment, the thoroughness of the work and the price point, I plan on coming back for all interior & exterior cleaning in the future. The owner was also very pleasant to talk to, explained the work done, and even pointed out concerns worth noting to my mechanic/dealership.”
