“Absolutely Outstanding Service – Thank You, Anic Automotive! I am extremely grateful to Anic Automotive for their outstanding customer service, reliability, and honesty! After going to the Niagara Falls Costco Tire Centre for a basic tire rotation and balance on Wednesday, I had the tires torqued the following day after driving approximately 40 km. Just minutes later, while parking across the street, I heard a loud clunk—and moments after, one of my ball joints snapped. The incredibly knowledgeable CAA tow truck driver immediately suspected that Costco wouldn't take responsibility and suggested I have the car towed directly to a trusted mechanic. I usually have work done at my dealership, but he recommended Anic Automotive, noting their great reputation and CAA Certification. As he prepped my car for towing, I quickly Googled them and was reassured by their glowing 5-star reviews. When I called, I was warmly greeted by Melanie, who immediately put me at ease and assured me they’d be happy to help. When we arrived, the staff was already waiting—ready to take my car straight into the garage. Melanie and the team walked me through their initial inspection and clearly explained what they’d be looking for. I was quite nervous about the potential cost, but Melanie took the time to go over the quote in detail, the parts they would need to order, and reassured me that my car was in great hands. The very next day, Melanie called to let me know the repairs were complete—and even better, the final bill was exactly what she had quoted (tax included!). When we picked up the car, she thoroughly explained all the work that had been done. We also shared the paperwork from Costco, and she was visibly concerned that a severely worn ball joint—posing a serious safety risk—had not been flagged during their tire rotation. Since this review is about Anic, I’ll spare further commentary on the negligence of the NF Costco Tire Centre. What matters most is that we found Anic Automotive—a gem of a family-run business we now trust completely. From now on, any time we need work done on our vehicle, we’ll be going straight to Anic Automotive. Their professionalism, honesty, and compassion have earned our full confidence. Mel was absolutely professional very knowledgeable knew what questions to ask as I gave a description of what was happening with the vehicle. She actually gave me an itemized quote on the spot all in (part, labour & taxes). Her PR skill set is nothing short of courteous and understanding.The day came vehicle was serviced when we went to pick up Mel had stepped out but Mr Anic was very helpful in explaining the bill which was on point to our previous assessment.No surprises! Mel then can in mins later and cashed us out with such grace and professionalism! This place is so clean! There is a window view where the mechanics work area so that clients can look to see their car while in the shop! The vibe here is amazing! “Anic Automotive is by far the best mechanic shop I’ve ever been to. The staff is always so friendly and they go above and beyond to assist their clients. They are efficient; I got my air conditioning diagnosed and repaired within a span of 2 hours, they’re fair with their prices, and they’re good at what they do. They seem to really care about their clients, such that they’ll make the time to have you in and out on the same day you make an appointment. They’re upfront and honest; they let me know what was a safety hazard and what was more so just an annoyance in regards to some car problems I was having, so I could make the decision on my own about whether or not to fix them.
