“I have a wonderful experience of remarkable customer service and spotless job they did it to my Dodge grand caravan 2019. I was so happy when I saw the end result. I couldn't even recognize that some thing even happend before. My van's had some issues which had to be fix. 1. Hood corners and edge lines were started chipping and peeling and growing over time which is a common manufacturing problem in dodge vans. 2. Front bumper passenger side was damaged in parking a while ago and was not aligned. 3. Some scratches were visible on passenger side body. But yesterday when I pick My van every thing was fixed, they did an amazing job superbly match the color, completely refinished hood, bumper and remove all scratches and pollised the body, they even super clean and vacume inside and outside. I really empresed with customer service of Mr. Thomas who give me a full detailed description of the job, whatever they have done at the delivery time and small bottle of original matching body paint free for future touching purposes. All of the staff of this place is very professional and honest but personally I would recommend "Thomas" who gave me an estimate of the whole job in black and white a week ago in a very friendly way and even he gave me a tour of the shop on my request as a courtesy, and I was surprised that this place is very huge from inside, so many different departments and lots of people were working over there. I was really thankful for him. I would highly recommend this auto collision center in niagara falls, because they are honest, pricely reasonable, very professional and do fantastic job. “Extremely happy with how they took care of my vehicle before, during and even after the process when it came to my repairs - damages on my Audi S3 were as if they didn’t even happen - Both my driver side doors were pretty smashed up - Finished 4 days earlier than anticipated, let me get one of my phones I left in my vehicle while they were fixing it and kept me up to date - I was relatively worried about my paint job correction, but they executed it flawlessly. Had a small issue with some clamps on my door panel replacement after pick up (Audi makes everything over complicated) When I called early in the morning, they immediately apologized, got me in, fixed it within 20 minutes, ordered the few small clips it needed on the spot and informed me to come back as soon as they’re in. Went above and beyond, which is few and far between these days with businesses. They’re extremely busy and I can imagine often overwhelmed, but that didn’t make any issues with my calls or requests. Appreciated their services both in commutation and on my vehicle.”
