Auto repair in Niagara Falls for brakes, tires, and routine maintenance

“I could not ask for a better experience than the one I had when I took my car to wm auto service for brake repairs! For as long as I can remember, I was always having issues with my brake repairs, and when I walked in, the team was courteous and served me in a very professional and timely manner. They explained the problem with my brakes, and in how much time so I was aware of whatever repairs needed to be made. By far my favorite experience with them was the attention to detail when they told me that they would look for other issues not related to the brakes as well. They went far and beyond and after the inspection, my car was as good as new! The brakes work extraordinarily well so I would say that they delivered on their promise. I do value the fact that they explained the costs and how much it would take to fix the problem, without overcharging me. They really seem to care about their customers. I recommend them for any brake service and they list customer satisfaction as their priority which is why, I will be coming back for maintenance.”

“Wally is honest and knowldgeable about his trade. You can trust him. Did exactly what's needed, come give him a try. Update: I came back second time, I had a front control arm replaced, he sourced out a good quality part to make the repair. Great service. Update: I went to Wally a third time, I needed to replace a stuck wheel bearings. The wheel bearing was struck and stuck, I watched Wally spending a good amount effort getting it replaced. I imagine somewhere else would have told me to replace the whole assembly, which would have cost a lost more! He tried to save me money, and I appreciate that. Update: I needed my spark plugs changed in a boxer engine, side way spark plugs and tight space. He handled the job well. Wally told me he worked on a lot of Subaru in his earlier days, so he has good knowledge about boxer engines! If you have a Porsche or Subaru that needs work, try him out!”
