“Very nice people to deal with. I knew about their business for many years. Mostly from seeing Alan on a TV show. This time I went to their shop for troubleshooting a coolant leak (most likely caused by me when I changed my coolant fluid and my thermostat -- cracked thermostat housing). I went there early and I met Glenn. He was very friendly and, after the mechanic assigned for my car provided a diagnostic, Glenn let me know that they will have to order the part and it might take 2-3 hours to get it shipped. I was actually happy that they can obtain the part so quickly and I don't have to leave the car there overnight. After about two hours the part was delivered and not long after that Glenn let me know that the issue is fixed and no more coolant leak. The price was more than reasonable considering that the issue was fixed while I was there. Thank you Glenn and Alan for your honest business and many thanks to the Mechanic who fixed the problem with no delays. Both Glenn and Alan are very friendly and they always answer any questions related with car maintenance.”
