I was impressed, surprised and glad to see the assistance arrive earlier than expected. Secondly, the guy they sent, Adrian (hopefully I remembered the name right.. he was a young European fellow), couldn't have been any nicer and knowledgeable tech. He went above and beyond on the service call. He was VERY efficient and thorough, and he took the additional time to teach me important tips and tricks about minting the vehicle properly. He also showed me some crucial repairs to do on the other tires that would've turned into a really bad situation had I not listened to him. I called Halton Roadside assistance, a girl came over and she tried to recharge for several times, she told me that the car might have some other issues that I had to call for tow service.
