“I had a fantastic experience with Spotless Auto Detailing. I found them through Google while looking for detailing services nearby and called on a Saturday morning. Vivian was friendly, helpful, and went out of her way to see whether they could fit me in that same day, even though it was a shorter business day. When I arrived, Emil took the time to walk through the car with me, listen carefully to what I was looking for, and assess its condition. I especially appreciated his honesty - he did not try to upsell me on services I did not need. Instead, he recommended the Bronze package as the best fit for my vehicle and clearly explained what they would address, what to expect, and why proper detailing takes time, especially when carpets and upholstery need to dry properly. Emil was patient, professional, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in doing things properly rather than rushing the work. I was pleasantly surprised when the car was ready earlier than expected, and I was extremely happy with the results. The interior, especially the leather seats, looked dramatically better - areas that had started to look worn and tired genuinely looked refreshed and almost new again. Excellent customer service, honest advice, great workmanship, and an impressively quick turnaround. A special thank you to both Vivian and Emil for making the whole experience so easy and positive. Many I asked said this was virtually impossible to do well, but the crew at Spotless Oakville did it, and did it remarkably well. Fady told me he would go the extra mile for me and did he deliver. He took the time to explain the meticulous PPF process, highlighting common issues, had his team share insights on my particular car, and took extra time to deliver the work to perfection. He blew past my expectations and the car was returned stunning. You cannot tell there is PPF with no lines, seams, cuts visible.
