“To Rich, Julie and the team,<br>I wanted to express my thanks for the exceptional service I received recently.<br>My car had been rear ended and the insurance company referred me to Fix Auto Oshawa North. My car was repaired in a timely manner and the work done was perfect (it looks brand new). In addition, my car was cleaned inside and out and saved me from having it detailed!<br>While my car was in the shop the brake lines, which apparently were badly corroded, broke apart releasing the brake fluid and causing the brakes to fail. This came as a shock to Rich and his crew and an incredible shock to me! I told Rich that when the car was finished I would have it towed to my mechanic. He suggested that I should contact the dealership as perhaps there might have been a recall on the car and it could be covered under warranty. I never would have considered this as the car is nine years old. I knew there had been two recalls on the car but I couldn’t remember the first one. As it turned out there was a recall for the brake lines and Hyundai covered the cost.<br>I am so thankful for Rich’s sound advice. He saved me a lot of money and I will be forever grateful!”
