Looking for helpful vehicle care in Ottawa?

“I thought I'd give these guys a chance because I respect new businesses and try to support. The Website looks professional so I ordered the "Premium Detail" which includes a number of items including "Embedded Stain Extraction - Seats & Carpets". That sounds like salt stains doesn't it? Once they started the job they tried to up-sell me by trying to have me purchase "salt remover and protector" as well as a "shiner" for the interior. Reluctantly I told them to go ahead and I'd pay the extra $30 (special offer). They were finished in 1.5 hours when they told me that they would be at my place for 2. I was surprised that they hadn't washed the exterior of the vehicle and when I asked about it, it became a prolonged exchange with several phone calls between everyone. When I spoke to Jessie to voice my issues, he tried to tell me that he confirmed to me the day before, that it was only for interior. That's B.S. When I rechecked the Website it does have a "+50" under "Exterior Wash". I never even looked under that heading as I incorrectly assumed that the "Premium Detail" would include everything. Perhaps it should say "Interior Premium Detail" or something like that. When I tried to work with them we just ended up running around in circles. I paid them the $200 and was left with a bad taste in my mouth. Once they were finished and I looked inside I found the floor mats were not cleaned very well. The attached picture is what I got after they were cleaned a 2nd time. One of the other reviewers has only reviewed twice. Once for this detailing service and once for another (one month before). This place is a scam. Off to the car wash.”
