Looking for help during winter vehicle trouble in Ottawa?

“I would like to thank Amado from We Be Towing. My Car quit on me today and I was lost , don’t have CAA , never got a tow before. Didn’t know what to do? Couldn’t fix it myself. So I just searched west end towing and seen there ad. Called and with a short conversation I was quoted and calmed about Everything involved. He Finished up his current job and less than an hour he was there. Well guess what as soon he pulls into the parking lot, I try to start it and it starts fine now with the check engine light on. Amado says I’m happy your car started and refuses any sort of payment! And and he offers to drive with me to make sure I get home safe !!! And then offers drive me back from my house back to get the other car I borrowed in the mean time. I refused and said no. That I would just Uber or Cab back. I got home safe and got the borrowed car returned. So again , Thank you Amado and if anyone needs a tow in Ottawa call this number. This man cares. I made this account so I could leave this review.”

“I can't thank this company enough. They are incredible. I was in a major car accident. Amado from We Be Towing showed up to retrieve my car. I was alone in a city where I knew no one. He calmed me, made me laugh, made me feel everything was going to be ok. He was with me for 5 HOURS, making sure the police report was done, making sure I felt ok enough to walk, he spoke to my family on the phone, he got me water, drove me to my hotel to rest - it was like an angel appeared on the worst day of my life. He is a true gentlemen, truly cares about people and understands how stressful these situations can be. He hooked up my car quickly and chatted with me about life to calm me from stress the entire afternoon. This towing company is first class, and I hope they win awards. “Ahmado is the best tower here in Ottawa, my car was stuck for 20 days in the snow in Kingston Ontario, I was looking for a towing company with affordable price ... I reached out to him and he was so comprehensive . This guy has a big heart for sure! Despite the extreme cold weather and severe weather alert, he didn't hesitate to go take my car back from Kingston to Ottawa, moreover he removes the snow that literally buried my car and was forced to move away 2 damaged trucks that were blocking the road.
