Brett showed up within 10 minutes of our call to tow it to the Shantz garage and Andrew ordered the part we needed the following morning from Cornwall. He removed the failed part so the car would be ready for the installation. The part showed up at 4:30pm and Andrew stayed late to install it and get us on our way back home. Can't thank them enough for the great service and reasonable price. Support this business!”

His worker that came out to tow was also very friendly, and quick and efficient at getting my car onto the flatbed and dropping her off! If I ever have to request a tow again, I hope they dispatch Shantz. Highly recommend!”
