“My wife called Brian's to have her car towed from the ditch the evening of January 10th 2017, the car was well off the road and the ditch bank being so steep it was not possible to recover it with our full size truck. The dispatcher said because it was a non-emergency that we should call back in the morning when they are not so busy. We left our tow strap under the car and went home. Durham police decide was an emergency and the car needed to be removed from the ditch (too many people stopping). We were notified later that evening that the car was available to be picked up anytime and are happy to say that Brian's towing honored the cheaper non-emergency rate since we called before the police requested the car be removed. Our tow strap was also recovered and returned to us. We highly recommend Brian's towing.”
