What Wheel Alignment May Include

The right service depends on the vehicle and what the assessment finds. An appointment may include some of these checks or tasks, rather than every item listed.

• Tire and steering check

  Pressure, wear, tire condition, steering free play, and obvious suspension concerns may be checked before measurements.

• Ride-height and damage review

  Vehicle load, ride height, bent parts, worn joints, wheel condition, and recent impact evidence may affect alignment.

• Alignment measurement

  Camber, caster, toe, thrust angle, and steering position are measured as supported by the vehicle and equipment.

• Applicable adjustments

  Factory adjustment points may be corrected, while some vehicles require parts or repair before an angle can be brought into range.

• Steering and road verification

  The final measurements and steering position may be reviewed, followed by a road check where appropriate.
