When you need help with a tire problem in Renfrew

“I would like to say a big thank you to Mike at dwaines towing. Your help and professionalisme got me out of a tight spot on monday evening. After trying to turn into a unplowed driveway full of ice under the snow my truck started to slide down the driveway and stopped sliding on the edge of a 35 foot gully and i don't knoe what prevented me from rolling down that gully bearly nothing was holding my truck on the edge. After evaluating the situation i realized i would need help of a towing to get out of that jam. So after hearing good things from dwaines towing in renfrew i gave them a call and right away when Mike called me for info on the situation got me comfortable and reassured and was on the scene in 15 min. Mike took controle of the situation by looking at all possibility to save my truck from rolling down the gully and then looked at me and said , Marc in 17 years in the business i haven't lost a vehicle yet wich made me feel good in the stressfull surcomstance i was in. Step by step he explained to me what the plan to get me out and the possibility of damage that could of happen to the truck. But in the situation i was in a, scratch or broken bumber was still better then a roled truck in the gully. Thank god and Mike you got my truck out back on the road safe without a scratch what so ever. Don't ask me how it was possible but Mike you did an awsome job buddy and thank you very much. People not only did Mike saved my truck without a scratch he also gave me a very affordable good deal that did'nt cost me a leg or an arm to help me out. THANK YOU MIKE for your big heart and your professionnal help i will recommand you to everybody that, like me was in a tight spot that evening and thanks to you i was able to go back home to my wife and kids safe and sound without a scratch done on my truck.
