“Absolutely blown away by the service at 16th Auto Service & Tire. This family-owned shop in Richmond Hill is hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had when it comes to car maintenance.<br>We brought in my parents Audi Q5 for new rotors and pads. Mohammad, the owner (and a true gentleman), personally called Audi in front of us and ordered the original parts. The parts arrived the very next day, and he gave us a call right away to bring the car in. When we got there, he showed us all the parts before installing anything, super transparent and honest.<br>The car was ready the following day, and to top it off, Mohammad cleaned the engine for free. When we returned the next day to check the wheel torque, he even went out of his way to fix a broken license plate holder at no charge.<br>From start to finish, the experience was top-notch. Mohammad, his family, and Amir (the mechanic) were all incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and professional. If you go once, I guarantee this place will become your go-to for anything car-related.<br>Thank you, Mohammad and the team, for such amazing service and a genuinely awesome experience.”

“On December 15th, I went into this shop to fix a slow leak in my tire. I was trying to find a shop that could do the job immediately, as I was visiting from out of town and also had a dentist appointment that day.  They were so Incredibly friendly and accommodating. They treated me like family, sharing their Traditional Christmas treats with me as I waited for my tire to be fixed.  I found everyone there to be very honest, knowledgeable and reliable— presenting multiple and better options regarding my tires. It was honestly such an amazing experience that I felt compelled to tip them, because I was treated like family.  They didn't want to take the tip but I forced it on them because they were so warm and friendly and I really did feel so well taking care of, that much. — I highly recommend this shop. In fact, even though I live in Niagara Falls, I would still drive up to this shop for all my cars needs, because it is hard to find an honest, reliable accommodating mechanic, and these people are definitely all that.”
