What Locals of Richmond Hill say about Alpina auto

Alpina auto is often associated with fair pricing and quality work, especially for auto body repairs after accidents and damage like punctures in bumpers. The common concern in these situations is whether the shop will push unnecessary replacement, change the price after the estimate, or miss the promised timing. The approach here is to provide an estimate up front, complete the agreed repair, and return the vehicle with the repair finished as described.

I dealt with Masis from Alpina Auto in January 2021 to repair a puncture hole in the front bumper of a leased car.
He gave me an estimate on the phone and was true to it once on-site. He said the repair would take a day and a half and that was accurate as well.
Another body shop on the same street wanted to either perform the same repair for double the price or replace the whole bumper for three times the price.
The repair was impossible to discern and I just returned the car at the end of its lease last week without the dealership noting anything wrong. I would definitely recommend Alpina Auto.
