“I’ve had my car towed many times 🫣… it’s a subaru, all wheel drive and *veryyy *low. But no one ever stood out like Amir, and I wish everyone gets to know such an incredible standard, as this industry often has a bad rep. I’ve now had 2 tows with Amir. First - 2 years ago my clutch fell to the floor in Kitchener. I was so lucky to have Amir come to the rescue ! He was so meticulous and caring with the car, taking it very slow and checking the car was secure with every bit. He is a true professional, very kind, courteous and polite. When I tell you - I could not believe !! that he got my car on *without a single scrape* it being that low!!! I have never had such a fantastic experience- he came prepared with these unique ramps that he built himself. My other experiences with towing involved sending the guy back because he came with dollys , or the driver asking me to get into the car and drive onto the flat bed myself, which in a 400whp manual car is pretty nerve wracking 😓, but Amir made sure I had absolutely zero to worry about. I had a long distance home from my breakdown in Kitchener to Vaughan and I felt safe and comfortable the whole drive back. Yesterday I called Amir again and had the best experience. “Amir and his son came to tow my girlfriends car from our home in Stouffville to the garage for service. They arrived on a day when there was a huge ice storm. This ice storm prevented them from towing our vehicle unfortunately due to the danger he foresaw however, Amir assured us that he will return in the morning and take our car. When the day came to take her car, he arrived on time and not only helped to boost the battery but used the most amazing engineering methods to help hoist her car without any damage to the lower end of her vehicle. His son Arya even helped to clean the ice and snow off the car (incredible manners and a well raised young man).
