Tried, had 2nd thoughts, then decided to tow from the rear as the first approach might damage the front bumpers. I stayed inside the ditched car to give some steering assistance. Done in a few minutes. I gave my heartfelt thanks to the driver and Visa payment to complete the transaction. It was a totally different experience with pass-by tow-truck drivers on 401 whose primary purpose was to swindle. I really, really appreciate the assistance given by your driver, the analysis & execution to achieve the best result1”
