“I needed my starter replaced and the dealer quote came in somewhat high for both the part and labor so after many years of using the Honda dealer exclusively for my service I decided to search for a local independent. Based on their 5 star google review I called Dave Sanderson and Son in the morning and they quoted a price that was 40% below the dealer quote and advised if I brought the car over right away they would fit me in and I would have the car back by noon. I dropped the car off and they called at noon as promised advising the car was ready. As a first time customer this was a great experience. Overall very customer friendly, professional, fast service and fair prices. Hoping to do more business with Rick and his team in the future as they proved why they have a 5 star rating.”

I actually didn't intend to go with them as they are pretty far from where I live downtown Toronto, but they sourced new rims and tires with service at a much cheaper price than anyone else downtown was even coming close to. Mr. Sanderson also helped me order the rims that I'd like most for my new car so I didn't have to use ugly metal ones for the winter. All the rims were the same price so it was nice to have choice. They're also super quick with swapping the tires. Around 30/40 mins total. Jan is friendly and helpful to get your appointment all set up.”
