“I am very happy and thankful for Hans Auto Service. Really honest mechanics. Had an oil change & cabin filter replacement for my Honda Odyssey and price was reasonable.<br><br>Before I used to go to my Honda car dealership but they are a lot more expensive. I tried other mechanics and I had very bad experience.<br><br>Also had my seasonal tire switch with wheel balancing at Hans Auto and price was reasonable (again). It's very easy to talk to them especially the person working at the front desk. No need to hide or think carefully what you need to say. Just tell them the issues you are having with your car and they will take care of it at a reasonable price. Before when I used to go to car dealerships or other mechanical shops, I always had to be very careful with my words as they will try to uncharge by adding unnecessary<br>service.<br><br>So here is the part that I realized Hans Auto is really good. I had a HVAC issue with my Audi Q7. Everything was fogging up and I called my Audi dealership regarding this issue. My lease was going to expire that month and I wanted to buyout the SUV but they told me the service appointment would have to after the lease expiry date (in 1.5 weeks). So I was really worried this HVAC issue would not be covered by Audi warranty. I also heard from my dealership, that I might need to replace chips for HVAC and I knew for sure that this would be costly. So took my Q7 to Hans Auto and they fixed it in around 1 hour! The issue was that the airflow valve was not opening and it just needed to be recalibrated. They did tell me there is a possiblility that it may have to be replaced in the future if it completely fails. Since the service, I haven't had any issues. Working just fine. Saved me tons of money. I am sure that my dealership would have said, it would need to be replaced...<br><br>No need to hesitate coming here. They really know what they are doing. Plus, they are very nice and friendly.”

“Drove past Hans Auto Service's sign last week and with so many good reviews, decided to try them out. I called ahead for a quote and they seemed so friendly and patient with me on the phone (I get anxious during phone calls, so I stutter sometimes). Called back and booked the appointment for the very following day (today! lol) for an oil change, new filter and swapped my winter tires. They also told us our car would be ready in an hour, and it truly took exactly an hour for them to notify us the car was ready. This was my first ever time going to a mechanic where I wasn't informed of problems ranging from $200-1000. I think their name was Darren, the person we spoke to primarily today, and he was so friendly and professional. The owner also greeted us when we had parked outside, even though he was clearly very busy.<br><br>No one mentioned this from what I saw of the reviews, but there is a seating area inside the office in the auto shop. If you don't want to hang out there because of the auto shop sounds, it's a 5-10 minute walk away from shops and cafes depending on where you go. If you have kids there's a little park with a basketball hoop down the street as well.<br><br>I also noticed reviews about the English... Literally had 0 problem communicating with the owner the services we needed, or with booking the appointment over the telephone.<br><br>Will definitely be using Hans Auto again in the future!! I'm so happy. Thank you!”

“Trust.. Most mechanic shops I've been my whole life eventually take advantage of you... This place.... I have always felt they try the best to be honest and forthcoming... Speak to the young guy when you can... He's run the day to day operations and really tries.... Low overall labor cost, oil change cost isn't the best but when it matters.. They are the best.. Brakes, tires, transmission... And some cosmetic things like broken wiper chassis etc.. They are competitive.. After your warranties are up on your car.... Go here for your maintenance... I couldn't recommend any higher..... Although the parking sucks... Omg..”
